Custom Chaps — Built to Your Colors

Saddle Barn's rodeo chaps are made to order. You choose the leather, the colors and the fringe, and the pair is cut and built for you. That is why these are not a standard add-to-cart item: we confirm your options and your price in writing before anything goes into production.

What you choose

  • Body leather — 3-6 oz. top-grain leather, hand cut
  • Colors — up to two or three colors depending on the model, across the yoke, billets and leg accents
  • Fringe — top-grain leather, metallic leather, or a combination of both
  • Single or double fringe — double fringe is available at an additional charge
  • Conchos and matching thigh strings — included as standard

Leg straps come hand-riveted with copper rivets on every pair.

Models we can build

  • Rodeo Chap, Basic Two Color — your choice of top-grain body with coordinating fringe and trim
  • Rodeo Chap with Metallic — top-grain body with metallic leather fringe and trim
  • "You're Buckin' Right" Chaps — two-tone metallic build with the signature patch on the outside corner of both legs. Small 40", Medium 42", Large 44" outseam
  • Youth Rodeo Chap with Metallic — Small 37", Large 39" outseam
  • Junior and Youth Rodeo Chaps — Small 32", Large 34" outseam

How it works

  1. Tell us what you are after. Call 832-659-2982 or email ranchlineranchsupply@gmail.com. Rough idea is fine — event, colors you like, who it is for.
  2. We confirm the build with Saddle Barn. Options, sizing and any surcharges.
  3. You get a written quote and a lead time before you commit to anything. No deposit is taken until you have both in writing.
  4. It ships direct to you once it is built.

Sizing

Chaps are sized by outseam, and the right length depends on your height and your boot. Tell us your height and inseam when you call and we will get it right. If you already own a pair that fits, measure the outseam and give us that number.

Stock items ship normally
