PEMF Shipping, Returns and Terms of Sale

These terms apply to the Sport Innovations equine and canine PEMF and recovery equipment sold by Ranchline Ranch Supply. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. We keep this plain and fair, and our team is always available to walk you through anything before you buy.

Shipping and Lead Times

Each Sport Innovations system is built to order and ships directly from Sport Innovations. Please plan on 7 to 10 business days from the time your configuration is confirmed until your unit ships. Larger systems and custom fittings can occasionally take a little longer during peak periods, and your specialist will always give you an honest timeline up front. Transit time is additional and depends on your location and the carrier.

Because these are premium, made to order units, we confirm sizing, fit, and configuration with you before the build begins. This is part of our white glove process and it protects you from ordering the wrong system.

Order Confirmation and Onboarding

After you order, a Ranchline PEMF specialist reaches out personally to confirm your details, help you fit and configure the right system for your horses or dogs, and schedule hands on guidance so you and your animals are comfortable from day one. You are never left to figure it out alone.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before your unit enters the build queue. Once a made to order system has entered production or shipped, cancellation is handled under the Returns section below, since the unit has already been built and allocated to you.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you confident in a significant investment. Our return terms for equipment are as follows.

  • Return window. Unused equipment in original, resalable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • How to start. Contact us first to receive a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
  • Restocking. Because these are high value, built to order systems, returns of opened or configured units are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 percent to cover inspection, reconditioning, and repackaging. Your specialist will confirm the exact figure when authorizing the return.
  • Return shipping. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defect. We strongly recommend a trackable, insured service for equipment of this value.
  • Custom and fitted items. Units that were custom sized, custom built, or specially configured for you may not be eligible for return except in the case of a defect. Your specialist will tell you clearly at the time of order if an item is non returnable.
  • Hygiene and consumable items. Spare parts, batteries, and items that contact an animal directly are non returnable once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the unit is received and inspected. Please allow a normal processing period for the refund to appear.
  • Exchanges. Prefer a different size or configuration rather than a refund? We are glad to arrange an exchange, and we will make it as smooth as possible.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Inspect your shipment on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or is not working as it should, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you, whether that means replacement parts, a repair, or a replacement unit. Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Warranty and Support

Sport Innovations systems are covered by the manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Genuine spare parts are available so your system keeps running for years. Reach out any time and we will help you diagnose an issue or source the right part.

You are responsible for safe and appropriate use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranchline Ranch Supply is not liable for outcomes arising from use or misuse of this equipment.

Terms of Sale

  • Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price confirmed on your order is the price that applies to that order.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
  • These products are sold for use with animals only and are not for human medical use.
  • We do not offer consumer financing. Payment is arranged at the time of order.
  • Professionals, trainers, clinics, and veterinarians are welcome to ask their specialist about professional terms.
