Returns & Refunds

We want you and your horses happy. If something isn't right, you may return most unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email ranchlineranchsupply@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will send instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original and return shipping are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it and make it right.

Final sale

Clearance, custom, and final-sale items cannot be returned. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
